Jacqui Paterson
Jacqui Paterson
Jacqui has overall leadership responsibility for Drummond Bridge with specific personal focus on our senior interim and consulting services.

With a recruitment career spanning 17 years, Jacqui has extensive experience across multiple sectors working with many of the UK’s leading organisations to help them identify and attract key talent to deliver against their short and long-term objectives. Since 2011 she has focused exclusively on the Procurement & Supply Chain verticals based in Scotland with a client and candidate network across the UK. As a long term member of CIPS she is closely affiliated with the best procurement and supply chain network whom she works with on an advisory and partnership basis ensuring a professional and informed approach on all levels.

A graduate of both GCU and the University of Strathclyde, prior to joining Drummond Bride Jacqui was most recently responsible for the turnaround and growth of the Procurement and Supply Chain arm of a leading multinational recruitment business.

Outwith work Jacqui is a mentor to high school students, graduates and vulnerable young people advising and supporting them on life and employment skills

Louise Sinclair
Louise Sinclair
Louise specialises in Procurement & Supply Chain Contract and Interim solutions across the UK.

With a proven track record of delivering a first class search and selection service to clients, Louise has delivered assignments across a wide range of industry sectors including Financial Services, Technology, FMCG & Utilities. Prior to joining Drummond Bridge, Louise spent over 2 years developing her recruitment expertise in the permanent Sales, Marketing & Digital market.

Louise is a Business Enterprise and Marketing graduate, gaining a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Strathclyde. During her time at University, Louise supported her studies working part-time for a premium drinks company. Equipping Louise with four years of commercial experience selling and marketing a premium gin brand.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys trying out new and exciting food and drink ventures. Louise is a retired international equestrian vaulter, having competed all over Europe and held numerous British and Scottish Champion titles.

Roddy McCallum
Roddy McCallum
Roddy McCallum heads up the new Estates & Facilities Management practice within Drummond Bridge, the procurement, operations and supply chain recruitment specialist, as it bids to expand its offering across the UK.

With a recruitment career spanning 15 plus years, Mr McCallum has extensive cross-sectoral experience working with many of the UK’s leading organisations within Higher Education, public sector and the private sector.

Roddy is known as a true expert in his field has a proven and successful track record of providing specialist resources to a diverse range of organisations during periods of significant change. With his market knowledge and extensive network, Roddy prides himself on delivering a professional and proactive solution and is able to support the most challenging of resourcing projects.

He joins Drummond Bridge with the remit to develop and expand the existing Scottish business into the Estates & Facilities Management sector and to further drive growth of the interim / contract service offering alongside the well-established mid to senior permanent offering.

Following his Interior Design studies at Caledonian University, Roddy spent a large part of his career at working for a FTSE 200 multinational recruitment business where he worked his way up to Manager and subsequently lead the Technical & Facilities team.

Outside of work, Roddy is a keen Rugby fan and heavily involved with supporting Marie Curie hospices with a number active fund-raising challenges currently underway.

Fiona McLeod
Fiona McLeod
Fiona holds a dual role across both Drummond Bridge and the wider Livingston James Group. Since joining the Group as Administration and Accounts Manager in May 2010, she has had a significant impact on our service delivery and day-to-day operations. As such, Fiona provides support across a broad range of functions internally and externally, not least acting as a key point of contact for many clients and candidates.

Before joining the Livingston James Group, she spent more than 13 years in the recruitment industry in a range of support roles. From working on research-led CEO search assignments to providing marketing services, events coordination and office management, Fiona brings a wide range of experience to Drummond Bridge. This breadth of knowledge, coupled with a commitment to delivering excellence, makes Fiona an invaluable member of the team.

Beyond her day-to-day work life, Fiona has played an active part in fundraising for multiple charities –– including being a member of the team running the annual Wooden Spoon dinner in Glasgow.

Jemma Bruce
Jemma Bruce
In 2019 Jemma joined the Livingston James Group working in the Sales Support Team assisting all the brands within the group.

Having recently relocated to Glasgow from Aberdeen, Jemma brings over 6 years administration experience in both the recruitment and oil & gas sector.
In her previous role Jemma was responsible for managing the administration team and acting as the key interface between the team and other teams within the business.

Outside of work, enjoys travelling and finding the best pizza restaurants in any city!

Lucy Joss
Lucy Joss
Lucy is a member of our Sales Support Team, based in the Edinburgh office.

After spending time travelling Australia and gaining her HND in Public Relations and Advertising, Lucy started her career in her hometown, Aberdeen before deciding to relocate to Edinburgh in 2019.

Outside of work, she is passionate about helping out local mental health charities and loves going home to visit her dog!
